Dress Code
We operate a VERY strict dress code policy - Minimum shirt, tie, trousers and shoes for men. Evening dresses for ladies, or suitable smart trousers and a blouse. No jeans, trainers, chinos, leggings, checked shirts or scruffs.
Please dress to impress.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must be 18 or over to attend one of our events. We operate a strict challenge 25 policy, if you look under 25 ID may be requested on the door. If you do not have a valid form of photo ID you will be refused entry to the event. Acceptable forms of ID include a photo driving license, a passport or a Proof of Age Card (PASS).
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
No, tickets are not transferable
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either print your ticket or show the ticket on your mobile phone, the tickets will then be scanned by security. Please download your tickets as soon as you have placed your order and store on your device or print them out.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds and tickets are non-transferable. Including VIP deposits.
Do you have access for disabled or elderly guests?
At all Ultra Events a seating area is available for disabled or elderly guests with standard tickets. This is unreserved and upon arrival, you will be directed to this area where you can sit with one other guest. Guest Notice
You may be searched by security upon entry to the event. Perfume, aftershave and glass bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated.
